GUARD YOUR REPUTATION TO AVOID RELEGATION
24. GUARD YOUR REPUTATION
Some people go to school to study
history, some went to study news casting so they could read out history of
inventors; while some other few hard workers are busy making histories. Life
is never a one sweet song, but necessity is the mother of invention; join
the bandwagon, be a crusader of history makers today.
Every success story makers could do
anything to keep their story in tact, so that the memories could go a long way.
Instead of being an onlookers, or readers of histories, who gets nothing than
clapping for champions who had burnt their midnight oil and sweated by the day.
Reputation is a treasure, be careful
not to lose it in a rush; carefully collect it, hold it (to be kept) for future
use, most especially when you are establishing it or inventing it for the very first
time. More so, make sure you hide your source because according to Albert
Einstein; “The secret to creativity is to know how to hide your sources”
Moreover, your knowledge is your
reputation. Keep it holy and sacred. “Wear your learning, like your watch, in a
private pocket; and do not pull it out; and strike it, merely to show that you
have one…” Lord Chesterfield. Reputation is indeed a defense, when one loses
it; his ladder of greatness is fallen faster than erected.
