BLIND HEART
O!
What a partial love
A
love I hear of yet never see
A
union I longed for but never had
A
feelings I deserved, yet never felt
A
joy I wished for, but never given
I
wished the gate of heaven was nearer
I
would have knocked at God’s door
To
remould my quest for the future
Because,
my fate couldn’t face the wrath
And
now that my heart is blindfolded
O!
My blind heart
You
speak of the awesomeness of love
And
the winsomeness of treasures
All
these, I have got no eyes to see
Neither
body nor any soul onto cling
Yet,
you talk more of the freakiness of fidelity
And
the pleasures of love-breeding
Spending
precious moments in bliss
But
in me, day and night I sob
Because
my heart is broken and buried long ago
