26.     CONTROL YOUR ANGER

Anger is akin to speed, without control, it kills sooner than saves. Anger is the most destructive of emotional responses, the more it increases, the more it clouds your vision and sense of concentration.

Never start a day or anything with anger, because it makes you feel less important or less privileged. “A sovereign should never launch an army out of anger, a leader should never start a war out of wrath”…Sun Tzu; and “Wise men (should be) like coffers with double bottoms; which when others look into, being opened, they see not all that they hold”…Sir Walter Raleigh.

Being dogged, ruthless etc mustn’t necessarily mean [that] one must be angry; due to the fact that anger doesn’t promote any facet of life instead it dissipates our pace of reaching perfection.
