41      BE A PRODUCER, NOT A CONSUMER

Often times, weak people are threatened by the wind of hardship; they sit at home everyday, end up wishing the government could provide them with all basic needs of life, including their personal problems solutions etc. Sometimes, the most lazy people are those that want or wish for the best things in life -- such as comfort, luxuriant living without sweat or stress.

Since cutting edge technology has made life simpler, better and more affordable hence, the hardworking few are sticking their necks to breakout from the dungeon, hardship and grip of poverty; but most of other people are swimming in the pool of complacency and cash-strap assumed assets, due to ignorance. For instance, in the late nineteenth to mid-twentieth century; the wide use of the world wide Web (WWW) Internet Access, General Packet Radio Service (GPRS), Wireless Satellite, VSAT etc were not much rampant; if not totally absent (in some parts of the world); but with the relentless efforts of people who wished to see the best of lives lived before death – These people nurtured their ideas and they became realities.

Why sit at home and condemn the government or other people’s effort or inventions; when you can hardly make a dish out of a meal. Join the bandwagon today, be productive not according to your wish but according to your ability; after all, these few trailblazers are not ghosts; neither do they have two heads, so be useful not only to yourself but to others.

Moreover, if you make up your mind, you could become the next to move the world from where it’s now to where we want it to be. Join the league of exceptional people; people who are busy trying to change the world for the better in the best of their abilities. For instance; someone puts his expertise and courage to see the beauty of life; by creating software (programs) that would better lives – for example, people created (invented) the Digital Video Disc player (DVD player), Personal Computer (PC) cell phones etc, all these are to bring comfort and more enriched lives for the humankind. – You; on your own, what have you done so far? Stop being a consumer today, become a producer. Add value to people’s lives; you will be glad you did.
