BE CONFIDENT TO RULE YOUR WORLD
47 BE CONFIDENT
“Of all the disorders of the soul;
envy is the only one no one confess to”- Plutarch.
Boldness they say strikes fear; and
the fears break the strength of confidence in any man. Whenever you get
discouraged your powers shrink, but whenever you exhume guts, the deadened
cells and nerves in you would resurrect and function with fresh stimulus.
When you are confident of your
ability and knowledge, the picture is quite clear from the negative to the
finished-positive; by polishing and preserving the beauty of your outcomes, simply
for knowing whom you are, what you do and the peak of your destination.
More so, avoid doing things
haphazardly and whenever you do anything, make sure you do it as an expert and a
special person that you are – such that whenever troubles or difficulties creep
in, you wouldn’t become confused or running from pillar to post because of lack
of the know-how; but when you are able to fight the challenges with your
expertise (confidence and know-how); you will find a genuine breakthrough that
no scale can measure.
Timidity infects people with awkward
energy; elicits embarrassment and exacerbate mistakes due to the tension of the
frights; hence creates a vacuum in the accomplishment of our ambitions. More so,
lack of confidence precipitates inferiority complex and thereby creates room
for doubts and worries (anxiety); this without delay kills a dream before it’s
dreamt.
It’s often perceived that experience
is a wall of defense to confidence; and according to Cardinal Richelieu “Experience
shows that, if one foresees from far away the designs to be undertaken; one can
act with speed when the moment comes to execute them”.
