52      DUPLICATE YOUR STRENGTH

Duplicating of strength is the utmost creative mentality in a bid to surviving the today’s business needs or entrepreneurial demands. For instance, as an entrepreneur, one needs to apply the spirit of team work – whereby everybody is involved. Enhance the pace of success by introducing Train-the-Trainers program – in which, you will have to train more hands in order to help you meet the pressing demands.

Wisdom is a product of reasoning, it’s not taught in high schools; neither is it transferred from one who has it to another who is deficient of it. According to Lord Chesterfield; “Knowledge is a comfortable and necessary retreat and shelter for us in advanced age; and if we do not plant it while young, it will give us no shade when we grow old”. As a matter of fact, no man survives in solitude or progresses by standard of self-judgments.

Unity is strength, and any one, who wishes to make a mark; or live above boards, should learn to be adaptive in copying what the trend holds. More so, it’s a known fact that, the beauty and strength of the broomsticks is in their unity. When you train your subordinates, team-mates etc, the burdens become reduced to the best possible level, due to the wisdom of being a creative leader. Duplicating of strength, talents or ideas is like planting a seed, and when it’s its harvest time the glory will go to the sewer.

According to Dr. Samuel Johnson, “Solitude is dangerous to reason, without being favourable to virtue”. Avoid being selfish – only fools are selfish or stingy with their gifts; do not forget that when you have; give to those that would be of importance to you in the future – because if you fail to give or teach those under your supervision, it should be known by you that, you are not killing their dreams or delaying their destiny, but also destroying your future; because, “Whatever that affects the yolk of an egg must also affect the albumen”.
