Leonardo Da Vinci was an all-round artist, whose burning desires were incomparable and ineluctable; indeed, he was naturally gifted as an artist - not just an expert in one branch of art but all art encompassing. (Sculpture, painting, architecture, engineering, invention, to mention but a few)

Da Vinci excelled as a successful creative artist, not because he was gifted but because he has a strong passion for his profession (Art and Invention etc).

Indeed, despite the spread of Christendom in Italy and other European countries lately, he was busy working day by day and rightly in making sure his desires were brought to fruition; by putting all his efforts in painting, drawing of plans, sculpting, inventing etc without minding the need to rest or do other trivial businesses; hence, he broke new grounds in creativity for the comfort of mankind. In all, he enjoyed his profession to the fullest.
