DEFINE YOUR STAND
“Everyman is the architect of his own fortune” – Appius Claudius.
The deadliest mistakes or
errors of one man could become a livelihood for another; simply because a step
was mistaken could cause a great damage. For example, an error in a medical
surgery or in medication could cause a lot of ills to the extent of condemning
souls. In fact, power is not in ignorance, but in knowledge that could lead us
away from the invisible darkness.
Our
standing is not a product of today’s decision; but being determined by the result
of our yesterday’s choice. Moreover, our successes or victories are being
sharpen and shapen by our level of expertise in draughtsmanship and
psychological architecture—because our heights in life are determined by the
zeal, resilience, focus and genuineness in our drives to set a pace for our
posterities to thread.
Sometimes,
it’s not in all cases, that one needs to pray, but working assiduously could
perform the miracles we await. Besides, it takes hard work to bring faith to
bare (vision)—that was exactly why God asked Abraham to separate from Lot
before he could breakthrough; that was work indeed (action), which was
different from faith.
