TAKE ME AS I AM

Unto mars, I have come to help me fight the war

All my wines, I shall give to Bacchus

So I can, from Plutus get all my riches

And hope Priapus will buy me a bag of fertility?

Because, with Neptune I can’t wait for a new sea

But with Uranus I shall see heaven, since I believe

No volcano can melt our future

Nor, any monster mutilates our pretty pictures

In red eyes, I have come to beg Aesculapius

To with mercy, cut away my diseases as scissors'

For the rivers are too deep and long to cross

With sincere mind, I need help from Alpheus

To give me good and ripe harvest eternally

For, it’s time I seek Comus for rich feasting

Take me as i am, in everything

I have come, not for quarrels, but in bliss 

Give me all that i need in gladness and in merry

Take away every pains in the sorrows that may surface

Treat me right, even when i am wrong

I love you, because i believe in you
