PREPARE FOR THE HURDLES
According to Henry
David Thoreau; “He who eats the fruit should at least plant the seed”. Life is
not a bed-of-roses, neither is it a-one-way-traffic; nor is God a celestial Santa
clause; whose responsibility is to give us everything as wished without working
for them.
Eleesha said; “Let
strength and wisdom carry you forward beyond the limited horizons—you may have
once envisioned”. It’s certain for every sprinter (athletes) to be as
fast as possible, but in hurdles, it needs cautiousness, mastery practice and
preparedness. In life, we are victimized by circumstances—sometimes, the
circumstance comes either in our favours or in otherwise.
We all have our roles
to play in every aspect of our lives if we must liberate ourselves from the
shackles of poverty, fear of failure etc. our hurdles are our shame and pains,
which spring up from our inability to resurrect from our downfalls and stand
affirm to face the challenges of life. Butch Bellah said; “Winners run through the finish
line. End your day with passion and enthusiasm”.
As hurdles are not
strange to sprinters, so also, we shouldn’t be scared of the perils of life,
nor the fear of doubts. Life indeed is fair, but to no one; because even the
rich sometimes also cry in one way or the other. Life is like a bicycle, each
wheel is as imperative as the other; so you must get prepared in order to jump
through the hurdles. According to Ryan Lilly; “Success in life is about project
management. Determine deliverables, make milestones, and always pursue the
critical path”.
Life’s tussles are not
waterloo, neither are its hurdles dead-ends; they are indeed, fresh stimulus to
helps us start better again [than ever]. To climb to the peak of a mountainous
cliffs; you need energy, meticulous care and gutsy spirit; but your continuous
stay at the top requires perseverance, doggedness and purposefulness of dream. According
to Widad Akrawi; “We are currently facing many hurdles, BUT will never lose the sight of
infinite hope”.
