To succeed in life, you must marry your ideas with your creative mindset in order to carve out the best in you. To become successful, you must be willing to do the common things of life extraordinarily well. Walt Disney said; “If you can dream it, you can do it. Always remember that this whole thing was started with a dream and mouse”. No limiting yourself to the level of heights you can achieve.

Naturally, some people are making waves in the success-world for a simple belief that they are determined to do justice to the game of climbing the ladder of stepping up to the graceful life you had once envisaged for your life. You mustn’t capitalise on the dilemma of standing in ‘between the devil and the blue sea’. According to Richard B. Sheridan; “The surest way not to fail is to be determined to succeed”.

As a leader, expect criticisms more often than applause; but you must look for a shoulder of encouragement to lean on—that shoulder is your commitment and determination within you. You must be motivated by the glory of victory than    become scared of the horrors of being defeated. Steven R. Covey said; “Motivation is a fire from within. If someone else tries to light that fire under you, chances are it will burn very briefly”. But if you enkindle the fire yourself, it’s certain to last much longer.
